From Oaxaca City, the direct flight to Puerto Escondido takes approximately 35–45 minutes, operated by Aerotucán or Aerovega.
From Mexico City, the route is served by Aeroméxico, VivaAerobus, and Volaris, with a flight duration of 1 hour 15 to 30 minutes depending on the flight.
